Responsibilities:

• Major role manage FPS operations including BAU operations and support projects.
• Key party to monitor the HKICL for FPS announcements, and work with development, product on testing / certifications / implementations if needed.
• Experience with remittance and chats payments operations including local and cross border payments for Retail and Corporate Customers is a plus.
• Develop and maintain payment operation procedures including exception handling, maintenance procedures, and reconciliation procedures.
• Approve, monitor daily operations, settlement, reconciliation, control tasks are accomplished and attained with high service standards.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise policies and procedures to safeguard the first line of defense in compliance, risk and control.
• Assist to streamline the operational workflow and procedure to improve operation efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Ensure payment transactions are compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Products, ALM, Finance, Risk) and external stakeholders (HKICL, HKAB, Swift) in resolving issues and supporting the payment operations and launch of new products.
• Support automation, digital initiatives, collaboration in transformation and technology programs.
• Collaborate with technology team to support system development, enhancement and implementation to enhance processing capacity, quality and Straight Through Processing (STP).
• Provide user requirement and conduct UAT on system enhancement.

• Min. 5 years experience of relevant banking experiences in payment operation, major with FPS operations and projects. Familiarize with SWIFT, CHATS  is a plus.
• Have been involved in FPS user requirement is a plus.
• Have fundamental FPS system concepts is a plus.
• Minimum 2  years checker role experience.
• Experience with AML checking and approval is a plus.
• Min. 3 years hands-on experience in payment operation with UAT experience.
• Good knowledge on market practice and regulatory requirement.
• Detail oriented with strong risk awareness and analytical mind.
• Bachelor degree or above in operation management are preferred.
