Job responsibilities:

• Perform Account Opening documentation checking to ensure regulatory, internal policies, KYC, CDD and AML requirements are met
• Perform customer account data creation and maintain proper record keeping
• Perform CRS and FATCA reporting
• Perform daily transactions entries including time deposit, audit confirmation
• Work closely with cross department to ensure smooth workflow
• Support the team in handling related new products/projects/system implementation
• On-going review of work processes to identify areas for improvement
• Participate in preparing operation manuals , UAT and ad hoc projects as assigned

Job requirements:

• Degree holder in Economics / Banking and Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year experience in Account Opening, KYC, CDD and AML
• Maintain the highest vigilance and alertness on AML and CFT perspective
• Ability to work independently
• Strong knowledgeable in anti-money laundering
• Experience in handling Private Banking customer will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, strong risk awareness, pro-active, attentive to details, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua is preferred
