Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Promote cross border sales and services of the Bank to achieve sales targets
- Perform outbound telemarketing calls to acquire new business
- Participate in sales activities & campaigns to promote the Bank's products and service
- Maintain relationship with existing customers and promote cross-selling/MGM initiatives
- Follow up with consumer branches on customer enquiries of account opening
- Provide support to consumer branches on cross border customers servicing
- Escalate customer feedback to immediate supervisor for enhancement of sales channel
- Ensure good level of understanding and knowledge of organization products and services
- Ensure all works are complied with internal and external policies and rules

Requirements
- 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with professional telemarketing manner
- Good selling skills and basic knowledge of computer system
- Self-motivated, proactive and result oriented
- Good service orientation, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
