Job Description

Our Private Wealth Division provides trust administration, fiduciary services, wealth structuring and estate planning services to our clients, whereby you will have the opportunities to learn about the various business entities, business environment, regulatory system, and laws in different jurisdictions, which is important for candidates with ambition to develop further into an all-round professional.

The position

You will coordinate and manage the provision of timely and accurate trustee services for a portfolio of trusts including coordinating corporate secretarial, director approvals, investor reporting and corporate accounting services in relation to these funds.

Your responsibilities
  • Handle trust and corporate administration documents including preparing correspondence, trustees resolution, statutory filings and corporate records, agreements and contracts, and changes in shareholdings and directorships
  • Prepare and manage periodic trust and portfolio reviews
  • Provide a high standard of compliance and risk awareness such as due diligence on clients
  • Maintain a good relationship with external parties including private bankers, lawyers and service agents
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration/Corporate Governance/Law or a related discipline
  • At least 4 year of related company secretarial experience in a professional firm or law firm
  • Student member of ICSA/HKICS is highly preferably
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Conversational Mandarin is preferred
  • Independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn
  • Able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
