Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for formulating the Company's overall development strategy based on changes in external environment and internal conditions
- Assist management in driving the implementation and execution of the approved plan according to management directions and development
- Perform strategic performance management duties including but not limited to setting up, tracking, revising, evaluating company and department KPIs
- Enhance the organizational structure, management processes, and synergy among departments
- Perform strategic analysis and propose recommendations to senior management in relation to special projects, provide opinions for management to make strategic decisions
- Research and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management, conduct evaluation and provide professional advice on the changes on the product lines and business expansion plans
- Supervise management office functions, including but not limited to provide daily administration support to the CEO; facilitate management meetings hosted by the CEO, liaise with department for meeting documents and minutes preparation; manage corporate files system; maintain smooth communication and collaboration with other CMS Headquarter and CM Group departments and subsidiaries
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Business, Accounting, Finance related disciplines is preferred
- Holder of CPA, CFA, PMPs preferred
- Over 12 years of strategic planning and project management experience in banking and financial industry
- Possess solid practical experience in large-scale investment bank strategic projects, experience in working as a project director leading cross-departmental teams and external parties to implement complex strategic planning or business process optimization and other strategic projects
- Able to work under pressure and meet business deadline whenever necessary
- High sense of ownership and responsibility, proactive, with probity, reputation and good character
- Enjoy team work, excellent communication and client service skills
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
