Responsibilities

• Setup and coordinate marketing campaigns’ configuration in backend system and provide UAT result to campaign owners  
• As the 1st tier support to CS in following up customers’ enquiries about campaign registration or offering issue
• As UAT tester role in Card+ app new feature development projects to ensure system behavior conforms to the business requirement
• Prepare and house keep the user manual in Card+ app feature and backend system
• Regular review current customer engagement pattern and brainstorm new initiatives with teammates in order to uplift DBS Card+ membership base and usage 

Requirements

• 5 years or above experience in
  • Project management
  • Campaign development
  • Campaign operation support
  • CS enquires support
• Good in user manual drafting
• Solid knowledge in Online and App development plus UAT skillset
• Data analytic mindset with strong planning, organizing and business sense
• Knowledge in CS operation and case follow up is an advance
