Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support Chief Risk Officer, Hong Kong in all matters requiring attention
- Provide advice / support/guidance to Risk analyst within the HK risk management team on various risk matters
- Ensure the Risk and Control framework in alignment with Group and Company Risk Policies and Enterprise Risk Management framework
- Contribute agendas for the Quarterly Risk and Control Committee
- Participate in major projects and work with 1st line of defense on project risks assessments
- Ensure ICIF framework to be in line with Group and Local regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Familiar with Enterprise Risk Management framework, Risk appetite statement and Own Risk Solvency Assessment implementation
- Able to work independently
- Strong business partnering skills and ability to proactive listening
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
