Responsibilities:

• Act as Type 1 Responsible Officer and supervise all regulated activities of the firm
• Drive sales achievement for the retail brokerage business
• Ensure all compliance mesasures are fulfilled with relevant regulatories including SFC while supervising the operations procedures of the licensed corporation
• Manage and supervise the operations of dealing, settlement, customer service, account margining and risk management
• Provide constructive advice to the management improve the business operations

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience as an RO and 6 years of relevant business development experience in Retail Brokerage
• Have previous experience in managing sales team
• Degree holder in banking and finance or relevant
• Experience in relevant structured products (OTC or online broker dealing )
• Have knowledge on related regulations and guidelines in regulatory bodies.
• Excellent command in English and Cantonese. Fluency in mandarin is a must
