Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• To provide on-going support and project implementation for Open Systems Platforms
• Co-ordinate with regional support teams and various application teams to facilitate project tasks and on-going support activities
• Manage projects to ensure delivery within approved budget, timeline and scope
• Track and manage the systems and ensure high stability and compliant to Bank’s standards
• Ensure production problems are resolved and properly followed up to minimize the business impact
• Manage and drive storage related projects and/or initiatives when required
• Compose, review and approve all change requests related to the tower
• Monitor and review infrastructure services provided by outsourcing vendor under the tower and consistent with industry practices
• Ensure infrastructure service provided by service provider is compliant with audit and information security requirements
• Ensure capacity planning exercise is carried out in order to address our business needs
• Ensure accurate inventory of server hardware and software assets
• Ensure the operability and the execution of Open Systems related disaster recovery plans
• Manage mainframe related service level review

Requirements

• Strong working experience in IT of banking industry (at least 7 years or above), familiar with banking technologies
• Extensive experience in the following areas: 1) Vendor management, especially on managing outsourcing vendors; 2) Experience on Windows, AIX, Red Hat Linux, Server virtualization platform, Storage Area Network (SAN), Network-Attached Storage (NAS), Content Management Platform, Batch Management Systems, Databases and Data Centre operation
• Background with Project Management, Problem and change management processes, hardware and software inventory management is preferred
• Advanced MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint usage
• Experience on Active Directory, AWS cloud environment is a plus
• Degree in Information Technology related subject or above
