Responsibilities

● Adopt PMO template, Enterprise Project and Program governance requirements

● Responsible for whole cycle project deliveries with good governance routines

● Liaise with stakeholders on requirements, solution designs, project plans, chair meetings/minutes, track deliverables/risk/issues, follow up on actions

● Settle conflicts between different parties where needed

● Perform business requirements documentation and regular updates using PowerPoint, Excel, Visio

● Ensure the enterprise governance routines are followed

Requirements

● 3+ years of Program Management (PMO) and project management (BA/PM) experience in FICC Trading Technology and or regulatory and risk & control space

● Excellent analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

● Proactive, energetic and self-motivated person who is eager to learn

● Strong business acumen and process knowledge within Global Markets Trading and other supporting functions e.g. Operations, Risk, Finance

● Knowledge of FICC products trade life cycle management, market conventions, and central clearing procedures is an advantage

● Good computer skills including PowerPoint & Excel to create business requirement documents, governance decks and document quality updates for business and senior stakeholders
