Job Description

- Oversee new product development and acquisition of customers regarding commercial loans, secured lending and mortgage business
- Implement new marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the new product with all the internal stakeholders
- Develop marketing strategies of Business Banking, and implementation of marketing programs
- Deliver new products and enhance existing products and drive and develop the end-to-end program result tracking
- Conduct various business reviews and forecasts through ongoing product and market analysis of commercial lending products
- Drive and manage sales and marketing transformation such as implementing AI solution to lift up productivity and customer satisfaction
- Lead an Agile team to formulate innovative digital and transformation propositions to enable business efficiency and revenue growth of Business Banking
- Update and stay abreast of the guidelines and procedures of HKMA and other regulatory institutions
- Degree holder in business related disciplines
- Around 8 years’ experience in Product Management in commercial lending products; experience in digital transformation projects would definitely be preferred
- Solid exposure in commercial banking/ Business Banking is a definite advantage
- Proficient English writing skill
- Strong planning and PC (PowerPoint and Excel) skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
