Job Description
Summary
Assisting the KYC Quality Controller (Hong Kong Hub) to perform KYC quality controls within the scope of the entities allocated to it. Provide support in ad hoc compliance projects as required from time to time.
Eligible candidates should be completing their degree requirements by August 2022 and are available to start working immediately or in very short notice. Trainee contract is one year to begin with and renewable for up to two years in total.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in carrying out quality controls on KYC files
- Assist communicating to each location within its regional scope of control the results of the corresponding controls and the anomalies identified, to be corrected
- Contribute to the follow-up of corrective actions
- Assist in communicating to Head Office the results of the quality controls carried out, the main anomalies identified and the action plans
- Contribute to the preparation of summary reports for the adapted committees
Requirements
- Bachelor graduate in Business, Finance or Accountancy with less than 12 months of full time working experiences
- Relevant internship experience in Compliance and/or a similar banking environment preferred
- Strong analytical, detail-minded and problem solving skills.
- Organised and good attention to details.
- Interpersonal skills: Self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
- Proficient in MS office
- Fluent in English and native language (Cantonese/Mandarin)
