• Oversee credit risk management functions including formulation of credit policy governance, portfolio management, credit monitoring and reporting
• Formulate bank-wide credit policies and procedures according to prevailing market conditions, regulatory requirements and risk appetite of the Bank
• Support development of credit risk tools to evaluate, measure and manage credit risk of the bank’s lending portfolio and perform credit monitoring and reporting
• Conduct credit risk data analysis and portfolio analysis
• Manage the regular update, provide support and follow-up in relation to credit compliance issues
• Supervise to ensure all related activities are in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

 Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related disciplines with professional qualification preferred
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in banking industry with supervisory exposure
• Sound knowledge of credit risk management, credit policy governance and portfolio analysis
• Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin an advantage
