Our client is a well-known Insurance company in Hong Kong. To ensure accurate business penetration, they are now seeking to hire an Assistant Digital Analyst to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work under digital team to monitor and support the daily operations of the customer engagement platform
• Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure the product details are up to date, ensure sales team obtain the product information and latest promotion offers details
• Prepare regular reports for sales team by analyzing customer data, providing business data as per requested; in order to support the development of business strategy
• Organize and facilitate training to sales team, prepare training materials and coordinate related logistics
• Provide on-site support to sales team, i.e., data analysis, platform enquires, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Information Management, or any related disciplines
• 1-2 years of digital marketing and analysis experience
• Detail-minded with strong organizational skills to cope with multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced working environment to meet tight deadlines
• A good team player with strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Fresh graduates will be also considered
