Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Grow the Branch's business in accordance to the budget plan and lead the team in achieving the sales & service targets by developing and implementing the business plans, overseeing branch performance and coaching colleagues to drive sales results while delivering excellent customer service
- Lead a team of Branch Managers to oversee sales activities, provide coaching to sales force and achieve sales targets through robust activity management to increase income contribution from wealth management products with the aim to achieve fees income objectives
- Ensure a consistently high level of service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction through developing and maintaining a strong service culture in exceeding customer expectations
- Maintaining overall supervision and providing coaching / guidance with subordinates to ensure the Cluster's deliverables are in compliance with legal and regulatory and ethical standards, of the required quality, in adherence to the Bank's corporate values, AML procedures & policies, risk management policies and service standards
- Optimize cost effectiveness through stringent cost control management
- Develop staff, promote teamwork and actively manage staff performance by identifying individual's training needs and encourage continuous learning, and provide appropriate coaching. Enable effective communication with all staff through regular two-way communications

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above in relevant discipline, e.g. Economics, Business Administration or Financial Management, etc
- Possess HKSI and HKFI qualifications, CFP would be an advantage
- Qualification in ECF is preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in branch and sales role, of which adequate experience in managing a sizeable unit with people management responsibilities
- Knowledge of the consumer banking market in Hong Kong
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and sales management skills, able to develop and implement business plans as well as motivate and support teamwork
- Possess good communication skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
