Responsibilities:

• Leading teams to manage assigned projects and product development of the Bank
• Define and develop the requirement specifications, UAT plan, procedures and forms and assist users in UAT and project implementation
• Support production migration/verification, post implementation review and production problem solving

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, IT or related disciplines
• 15+ years’ project management experience in banking industry with 5+ years' team leading experience
• Proven strong in project management, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Candidates qualified with PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma or ITIL will definitely be an advantage
• Independent and able to manage multiple tasks & meet with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, team leading, influence and negotiation skills
