Responsibilities:

This role is to support Mortgage and Secured Retail Lending businesses in business intelligence and finance related matters, ranging from management information production, portfolio analysis to budgeting and forecasting. Major responsibilities include:

• Perform market intelligence studies, integrate the findings to generate ideas on sales and marketing strategies
• Support Mortgage and Secured Retail Lending businesses by planning and implementing marketing and sales promotion initiatives to achieve the business goals
• Support and advise Mortgage and Secured Retail Lending businesses on its initiatives, providing financial advice, business and financial projections and ongoing result tracking
• Monitor and report the business progress and alert for proper action in a timely manner through ongoing keep track of KPI
• Design and implement appropriate management information reports to meet business needs
• Support innovative and transformational projects including but not limited to Open API, blockchain, digital banking, mobile banking etc. in forecasting and evaluation of benefits realization

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
• At least 3-5 years of banking experience, preferably in marketing and product management
• Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth
• Strong knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office Software i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
