Plan and implement marketing campaigns though online platform

Key Accountabilities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns though online platform
• Responsible for the business website operation, strategy design and product planning
• Manage, uplift and evaluate the operation platforms, including daily operation, user operation, event operation and community operation
• Design and manage operation targets and business strategies to assist in the achievement of team performance target
• Understand and analyze user data to facilitate product maintenance and modification
• Perform market analysis for product and strategy improvement

Skills & Experience

• Degree in marketing, finance or business-related disciplines
• 3-5 years of internet operation experience, familiar with customer and product engagement and proposition
• Knowledge and experience on sales and marketing analysis with high sensitivity on data
• Ability to plan and execute end-to-end marketing projects
• Knowledge on investment products would be a definite advantage
