Job Description
- Assist project team to implement new initiatives and enhancements on digital lending platforms to increase the competitiveness of the digital channels
- Assist to plan effective and efficient digital customer lending journey with FinTech to ensure the delivery of excellent customer experience through online
- Understand business needs, operation process and workflow of digital lending products
- Liaise with other departments to work for digital product development from system development to product launch
- Maintain and monitor performance of existing digital services/ products
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, E-commerce, Information System or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
- Experience with implementation of development project will be an advantage
- Well organized, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication, liaison, presentation, analytical, and documentation skills
