Job Description
- Device effective branch network capacity planning strategy to deliver the bank's business and customer segmentation strategy
- Implement and monitor the branch relocation and renovation projects
- Conduct branch network performance analysis and market research to close the gap with competitors
- Lead the implementation of strategic project plans and the end-to-end project management, monitoring project progress and project delivery
- Coordinate with existing/potential vendors and partners of Branch related project
- Prepare regular channel updates and business related reports for management review
- Degree holder or above in Business related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in retail banking business
- Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Good team player and have a problem-solving aptitude
- Good command in Chinese, Mandarin and English, strong in writing skills, preferably with experience in OA document & procedure handling
- Meticulous at work, good analytical and logical thinking skills
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Project & Network (Retail Banking)
