We are seeking high-calibre and self-motivated candidates to join our company as full time Management Trainee of Trading & Operation Department for a period from two months and up to six months. Outstanding management trainees have opportunities to join the company as full-time employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide market news update and relevant information to professional clients;
• Assist and execute equities orders for HK and overseas markets in timely and efficient manner;
• Maintain smooth operations and adhere with stringent procedures and high standard of compliance;
• Provide support to trading and operation matters, which includes drafting, updating and translating internal policies and agreements;
• Conduct investment research and analysis;
• Conduct fund management and periodic review of investment portfolio;
• Assist in projects and regulated KYC/due diligence reviews;
• Maintain the proper filing system of operation documents; and
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• A business/math/engineering master degree in Hong Kong or any major common law jurisdiction, with experience of programming and/or having passed the financial related qualification exams will be an advantage;
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin Chinese;
• Good computer literacy and research skill; and
• Attention to detail, organised and self-motivated.
