On behalf of clients, we are seeking high calibre candidates for the following:  

Position: Assistant Manager/Supervisor/Senior Officer/Officer/Assistant Officer (Pensions/Life Insurance/Medical Insurance/General Insurance) - many

Positions offered would be depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidates.   

RESPONSIBILITIES   

To execute any of the following job functions:    

a).  Assistant Manager/Specialist (Trust Services & Operation) 

  • Handle day to day operation duties of trustees, including handling of complaints, providing regulatory updates and necessary regulatory filings/submission, handling inquiries from service providers, updating necessary internal procedures and control documentations
  • Assist the Associate Director in conducting due diligence review over service providers, including understanding of operation flow, the dependence of each process, control measures in place, effectiveness of reporting structure, meeting of performance standards and etc.
  • Assist the CEO and Associate Director to prepare necessary documentation for internal reporting
  • Provide administrative support to the Trustee company, including budgeting, expenses recovery
  • Act as the working level contact to the regulators in relation to any issues / comments / filings

b).  Associate (Channel Operations and Sales Support)

  • Execute on channel administration including new business partners on boarding, maintenance and licensing
  • Responsible for administration of sales support to business partners including training, sales & marketing materials, premium items and other sales support items
  • Manage enquiries from business partners regarding sales and administration support
  • Provide support on business quality control and execution
  • Responsible for general department administration and preparation of channel reports
  • Assist in the implementation of sales support initiatives, channel communication and marketing program

c).  Supervisor (Pensions Operation) - few posts

  • Assist the Manager in managing team members with respect to standards of accuracy, timeliness and productivity.
  • Ensure smooth running of the assigned accounts, resolve complicated issues and escalate the situations when necessary.
  • Handling customers' enquiries and complaints, providing possible solutions.
  • Staff coaching and support staff development plans
  • Implement procedures, processes and projects for process streamlining of operations and service improvement initiatives. 

d).   Officer (Pensions Administration Business Analysis)

  • Study on the current process flows and functionalities of operation related systems
  • Identify or report the system related limitation or defects or area to improve
  • Assist Team Manager on performing the impact analysis on the defects or enhancement items
  • Prepare user requirements to fix the defects or enhancement items
  • Verify or discuss with end users to understand user requirements
  • Discuss or walk through with system analysts or IT on the user requirements
  • Prepare test scope, scenarios and test cases
  • Executing testing on the UAT environment
  • Analyzing test results and interacting with IT on the testing results
  • Perform the IVT or health check after the program implementation
  • Handle the ad hoc projects as assigned by Team Manager 

e).  Assistant Officer (Pensions Administration)

  • Perform checking on other's team member's work and manage the assigned accounts of MPF scheme including but not limited to handle all processing and servicing transactions within service requirement and regulatory guidelines.
  • Able to perform and review majority of processing transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist in process streamlining and service improvement projects or UAT etc.
  • Assist in staff training and/or involves in job rotation where necessary.
  • Handles enquiries from clients and escalate client issues or complaints in a timely manner. 

f).   Officer/Specialist (eMPF (Project Support /Coordination)

  • Assist with the preparation of project documentation, e.g. project management documents, project plan, status reports, etc. as required for project governance activities
  • Monitor project progress and follow up outstanding actions and issues with stakeholders at all levels
  • Assist with the reporting of project risks and issues to management
  • Work across different workstreams and be the key contact point with various project team members to ensure all deliverables and milestones are completed
  • Ensure timely and effective communication across workstreams and other project stakeholders
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external project meetings and line up relevant parties to participate
  • Ensure all project related information and documentation are properly stored and recorded
  • Support all project management activities, e.g. plan management, risk and issue management, change management, financial control
  • Other ad hoc assignments related to eMPF project assigned by the management 

 g).   Senior Officer (Agency Promotion & Communications)

  • Support the person-in-charge of various agency events including large scales seminars, awards presentation ceremonies, management meetings and etc.
  • Develop creative ideas for planning and organizing events
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and good execution of every initiatives.
  • Proactively drive positive results of assigned agency initiatives
  • Support logistic and material arrangement for all agency events and meetings
  • Enhance agency engagement through social media tools, direct communication with agency members and secretaries
  • Prepare presentation material for management
  • Handle ad hoc agency related projects assigned by Supervisor

h).  Senor Officer/Officer (Client Marketing / Product Marketing)

  • Liaise & work collaboratively with operation, finance, vendors & IT to perform end-to-end client incentive program fulfillment, including get clearance on the campaign request, perform checking and validate the eligible fulfillment list, then book the expense with finance, blast out client communications & perform health check.
  • Perform campaign sales tracking report on a weekly basis for management review & for monthly budget accrual purpose
  •  Work closely with internal business development, IT, operations, legal & compliance & external vendors to prepare the draft and the development of marketing collaterals for clients & channel communications on program activities.
  •  Monitor industry trends, competitors moves and positioning for shaping of necessary marketing responses & to create business insights.
  • Perform team administration duties, prepare monthly accrual and manage budget throughout the financial year.

i).  Administration Officer/Assistant (General Insurance) - 2 posts

** positions offered depends on the individual's experience

            GI post 1 (General Insurance Operation Support)

  • Monitor policies/endorsements/declarations to/from insurers/clients
  • Prepare renewal and quotation slips
  • To assist in ad-hoc duties when required
  • in general insurance 

             GI post 2 Officer/Assistant (Reinsurance)

  • Provide business administration support to marketing team including preparing cover note, slip, reinsurance agreement, renewal agreement…etc
  • Monitor and follow up the outstanding documents and correspondence
  • Assist in non-life & life reinsurance placement and booking account
  • Handle the enquiries from Cedants and Reinsurers
  • Translation from Chinese to English for non-life & life placement
  • Other administration support related to reinsurance business 

j).  Officer/Senior Representative/Representative (Pensions/Life Insurance Customer Service Call Centre) - permanent

  • Meet service standards and KPIs according to internal guidelines and rules
  • Conduct various outbound calls with documented protocols
  • Liaise with internal departments, channels and customers on replies to enquiries and required documents
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Participate in customer service-related projects and provide recommendations to improve work processes and service levels of the team.

k).  Officer/Senior Representative/Representative (Pensions, Customer Service Call Centre)

  • Follow up customer enquiries and feedback with good quality standard 
  • Ensure the delivery of service meet with our service standard & comply with regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS:    

A.  General Requirements 

  • Secondary, Associate, HD, Degree in Business Administration or other disciplines
  • Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
  • Highly adaptable to changes with a flexible and positive working attitude
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)     

B.  Experience Requirements 

a).  for  Assistant Manager/Specialist (Trust Services & Operation) requires at least 
4 years or above working experience in pension industry, ability to review customers’ complaints, operational or regulatory incidents and understand the root cause of any areas of concerns with minimal supervision, and proficient knowledge of the MPF / ORSO regulation/ SFO.

b).  Associate (Channel Operations and Sales Support) requires at least 4 years of
 relevant working experience.

c).  for  Supervisor (Pensions Operation) requires at least  7 years solid experience in handling MPF administration and in a supervisory role.

d).  for  Officer (Pensions Administration Business Analysis) requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in pensions operation or insurance or bank industry with good in analytics, logical and organizing skills.

e). for  Assistant Officer (Pensions Administration) requires at least 2-3 years pensions administration experience.

f). for Officer/Specialist (eMPF (Project Support / Coordination) requires 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in financial services and / or technology projects, experience in MPF / pension administration is a plus

g).  for Senior Officer (Agency Promotion & Communications) requires at least 4 years working experience in marketing / event management / design and demonstrated accomplishments in bringing to market dynamic

h).  for  Senor Officer/Officer (Client Marketing / Product Marketing) requires at least 
4-5 years experience in marketing and preferably with experience in handling client campaigns / segmentation programs in insurance / bank / telecommunication company

i).  for  Administration Officer/Assistant ((General Insurance) requires at least 2 years of insurance experience preferably in a broking firm.

j).  for Senior Officer/Officer (Life Insurance Customer Service Call Centre)  requires 4 years in client service with good knowledge of insurance industry preferred

k).  for Officer/Senior Representative/Representative (Pensions/Life Insurance Customer Service Call Centre) - Permanent/Contract requires at least 1-year experience in banking and financial industries, customer-focused with positive attitude & communication skills.  Willing to take an examination for MPF/Life insurance.  **Candidate with more experience will be considered for Senior Client Service Representative or Officer position
