Senior Manager, Product Management (Business Banking)

Job Responsibilities:

Establish customer proposition and define the product and channel strategy in support the proposition development
Assist product proposition development and design corresponding sales and services protocol for frontline implementation.
Drive the development segment centric product solution, covering product features, pricing, offering and customer communications, in response to customer need
Design and execute marketing strategy and customer communication messages across multiple channels
Build segmentation model to ensure differentiated sales & services model according to customer characteristics
Drive achievement of business target with proper cross-selling models agreed with key product, channel and marketing stakeholders
Identify the customer pain points , suggest appropriate customer journey and monitor its improvement
Monitor business results, customer values, sales performance by channel & campaign with quantitative study, recommend tactical initiatives to achieve business target

Job Requirements:

Degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines
At least 12 year experience in financial industry with hand on experience customer , product or portfolio management
Proactive , innovative with remarkable organizing & problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer centricity
Strong strategic thinking capacity with the ability to translate concepts into business insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Capability to manage data analysis with tools like Microsoft Excel & Access
Exposure in commercial banking business will be a plus
Less experienced candidate will be considered as Manager role
