As a Scrum Master, 

• You focus on team development and always strengthen self-organization and crossfunctional interaction 
• You emphatically observe team dynamics, and nurture team development and strengthen quality, efficiency and effectiveness 
• You lead through your ability to develop mutual trust and personal bonds 
• You observe new agile concepts and methods and transfer them into the organization 
• You are a role model for agile values 
• You coach stakeholders in agility 
• You contribute to cross-team collaboration (scaling) 
• You ensure transparency, e.g. by identifying and presenting agile metrics, also within the framework of our OKR model 
• You facilitate skillfully and in a solution-oriented manner, using a wide range of moderation and presentation methods 
• You will work on supporting the team on its journey towards self-organization, cross-functional working, increased efficiency and effectiveness in a complex environment

From an organizational point of view, you are part of our team of experienced project / portfolio managers and Scrum Masters. This gives you excellent networking resources within the company and constant mutual exchange. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in multiple teams and organizations, preferably in the financial, or service sector
• Several years of experience with Scrum, Kanban, OKR and scaled frameworks and other agile methodologies
• You love teamwork, exchange and collaborating on new ideas Teaching skills, ability to deal with conflicts Analytical, conceptual, assertiveness and exceptional planning skills
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of empathy
• Very good English language skills allow you to express your concerns in a situation- appropriate manner and to act globally
