Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee the project implementation in compliance with the contraints including the predetermined time, cost and scope
- Collaborate with and manage the stakholders during the project implementation
- Establish project plan, budget and cost control framework
- Closely monitor the progress and report possible adverse issues
- Support other departments with workflow and procedure re-engineering and automations
- Report to Management regarding the risk factors which may hamper the completion and effectiveness of the projects
- Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 -7 years of progressive project management experience
- Experience in project management gained from Financial Services industry, prior experience in workflow automation/ process re-engineering preferred
- Proficiency in English and Chinese required
- Project Management Project (PMP) or Agile Certification is strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of various project management methodologies practices and tools
- Detailed-oriented, strong Project Management Skill set
- Strong communication skills and a team player
