We are looking for an experienced candidate to join a major Chinese Bank as Deputy Head of Training.

 Responsibilities

• Report to Head of Training and assist in formulating and implementing training strategy to line up with business goals
• Supervise training operation and training delivery
• Work closely with business units to identify training needs, design and develop strategic training plan to meet business requirement 

• Degree holder or above
• Min 10 years’ relevant experience in banking industry or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
• Work experience in financial products or service training
• Sound business knowledge of wealth Management and regulatory requirements
• A good team player, proactive, detail-oriented and well organized
• Good project management skill and strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (iincluding Putonghua)
