Local top tier bank is hiring for head of Corporate Wealth & Investment under Commercial Banking (up to 85k)

Your new role

• Oversee and manage the whole department to drive Insurance and Investment business growth in a sustainable and customer-centric manner. Focus on Wealth & Investment Management for corporate client.
• Work closely with frontline Relationship Manager to develop and drive Insurance and Investment wealth management solutions and relationship management propositions so as to expand and manage the customer base through relationship management
• Formulate a structured customer experience and monitor service satisfaction of Commercial Banking customers via on-going monitoring and investigations of customers' complaints. Partnership with frontline Relationship Managers in handling customer complaints from all channels.
• Manage the business planning and support function of Corporate Wealth Management Department covering sales and service of various Insurance & Investment wealth management propositions.

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, HKICPA, CB, CFA, FRM and PMI would be a plus
• Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations within 6 months
• Passes ALL relevant papers of Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
• Full knowledge of Investment products and good knowledge of the investment market and economic environment.
• 7+ years relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
