Job Descriptions:

On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Hong Kong and China. We are inviting high-caliber individuals to develop and pursue their career ladder in professional banking services in pursuit of future growth of our client.

• Lead the Risk Management and Compliance team involving Operational Risks, Legal and Compliance Operations, AML and Credit Data
• Implement and develop up-to-date risk management framework, risk policies and procedure.
• Recommend remediation and solutions to the bank.
• Elevate risk awareness across all departments and communicate with Chief Officers to ensure sufficient control on risk exposure.
• Oversee the risk control processes and structure to ensure they are effective and up to date according to regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to understand the related business products, systems and working process to identify potential risks

 Requirements:

•  Minimum 15 years of experience in risk management, with management experience in banking industry
• University degree or above in Finance, Law, Risk Management, Accounting or related discipline
• Knowledge of HKMA regulatory rules and the latest risk compliance and regulatory requirements
• Recognized professional qualifications incl. CAMS/CAMLP, CFE or equivalent qualifications preferred
• Strong interpersonal, people management and communication skills
