As an influential member of the team, you will maintain clientele portfolio in the Hong Kong, China, SEA and ANZ regions with a strong focus in structured finance, LBO, MBO, TLB financing, bridge loan, corporate M&A financing, project finance, high-yield syndication, etc event driven deals. You will be responsible for credit analysis, financial modelling, meeting with clients and working alongside a team of coverage bankers. You will support your team members in achieving team targets and grow market share within the structured finance field.

skills & experiences required.

Your previous experience as a leverage / acquisition finance analyst / credit analyst / relationship manager within Global Banking will help you succeed in this role. You will have 3+ years of experience in Global / Corporate Banking. You will be a team player in achieving team targets and also detail minded in conducting in-depth financial and credit assessment within credit policy and parameters of the bank. Due to the targeted client segment, you will be required to speak Mandarin, Cantonese and English on a daily basis.
