Requirements :

• Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (General Practice Division)
• With around 3 years post qualification working experience in valuation work
• Preference to candidates with mortgage, statutory and PRC valuation experience

Responsibilities :

• Handling mortgage and statutory valuation assignments
• Supervise valuation assistants
• Marketing and client relationship management
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Valuation Manager
