Working Location: Ngau Tau Kwok 

•         Build up good customer relationships and provide good customer experience
•         Provide after-sales services and solutions on the basis of financial market
•         Handle customer inquiries 
•         Work with teammates to achieve overall CS performance standards

Job Requirements

•         Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented
•         Problem-solving aptitude and willing to take challenge 
•         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high teamwork spirit;
•         Customer-oriented with good communication and telephone skills
•         Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE/ HKDSE or equivalent)
