Job Description
Our client is a Japan Financial Institution and they are looking for a Corporate Access Officer to join their winning team.

Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the Department Head to implement and coordinate internal / external events (Corporate days, seminars, conference including Annual Conference)
- Develop relationships with HK and China companies for Corporate pitching
- Support event logistic arrangement, NDRs, video/ telephone conference
- Assist to scheduling, budgeting and handling bills and payment.
- Handling ad-hoc requests from Corporate
- Degree holder in related disciplines
- At least 2 years corporate access working experience, preferably in financial institutions, PR industry
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Officer, especially Excel, Word, emailing and internet search engine
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Immediate available preferred
