• Drive corporate communications strategies and exercises aligned with the corporate business objectives so as to revive, promote and protect the brand reputation of the Bank;
• Develop integrated PR and publicity plans to promote corporate initiatives, products and services of the Bank, in particular Personal Banking, ESG/CSR, FinTech development and employer branding;
• Build and maintain good rapport with media/KOLs from Hong Kong, PRC and overseas; handling media enquiries, interviews and shooting; conducting media monitoring report and coverage analysis; supporting media and stakeholders database management;
• Manage social media platforms of the Bank at corporate level and preparing communications materials for social media, company website, and intranet, etc.;
• Prepare communications collaterals including press releases, fact sheets, presentation materials, and other audio/visual/writing assignments if required;
• Plan and organise corporate, PR and media events; coordinating partners/media collaborations and sponsorship events;
• Support crisis communications and issues handling not limited to message development, media handling, and internal and external stakeholders liaison;
• Collaborate with and managing external agencies and outsourced vendors;
• Build strong relationships and collaborating with internal business units and other key stakeholders; and
• Execute ad-hoc communications projects when required.

• Bachelor degree holder from a recognised university, preferably with a major in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, or related discipline;
• At least 5 years of relevant and solid experience in corproate communications, public relations, marketing, crisis communications, and events management
• Proven record and solid experience in media / KOL relations, and a thorough understanding of emerging media landscape including conventional mainstream and online/social media in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas;
• Demonstrate a strong ability to adopt an integrated communications approach and create breakthrough and innovative ideas to enhance the corporate image of the Bank;
• possess strong interpersonal and communications skills, be a good team player with creativity; able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
• digital savvy with excellent PC skills
