This unique opportunity is with one of the fastest expanding international Corporate & Investment banks in the market. The bank is currently on exciting growing stage and has been paying out high bonuses the last 2-3 years due to their excellent performance. They are now looking to add an experienced Business Manager focusing on the Global Markets side to develop growth strategy and performance tracking mechanisms and escalate the business to another level!
Job Duties:
As a business manager in the Global Markets division, your main duties would include dealing closely with all front office stakeholders in developing key strategies, performance tracking mechanisms to help the business in generating profits. You will also be conducting analysis on data, products to ensure the internal stakeholders can maximize their resources for their clients. You would also be given a lot of opportunities to work with the Global Market Middle and Back office teams to carry out projects on streamlining workflows and operation excellence.
Experience preferred:
The preferred candidate would need to have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Management for Global Markets. As the majority of the stakeholders in the bank are Cantonese and English speaking, the fluency in BOTH languages are absolutely essential. Project experience on Global Markets Operation would also be an asset.
