Responsibilities

• Formulate product strategies and business plan to drive business growth and profitability
• Initiate and drive new product development and innovations to improve customer experience and maintain competitiveness
• Deliver end-to-end product development on new business initiatives and work with vendors, internal parties to ensure smooth roll-out and quality implementation of new product and marketing programs
• Develop product guidelines, high-level workflow and training materials for new product / promotion launch
• Conduct analysis on business performance and evaluate the effectiveness on launch of product and marketing campaigns
• Conduct regular market analysis and provide insights to maintain competitiveness
• Explore new partnership opportunities to expand customer acquisition

Requirements

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years' experience in the banking or finance sector with good knowledge in consumer lending products
• Well-versed in the basic structures of retail loan products and related procedure & system operations
• Self-motivated with good market sense
• Mature, independent and good team player with excellent leadership skill
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
