Responsibilities:

- As assistant to Head of Operations and Settlement, work closely with Head of Operations and Settlement to deliver operational and processing services to customers, business units and others support functions in an efficient.

- Risk based approach, compliant mentality managing the 3 teams under Operations and Settlement (Account Opening, Payment services, Financial Market Settlement, Security Services) to ensure everyday smooth and accurate functioning and business contingency. 

- Liaise with relevant parties for policies, procedures, and structure/system establishment etc.

 Requirements：

- University Degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, or related discipline

- As least 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in supervisory level.

- Good command of Chinese and English, Good leadership and teamwork spirit and interpersonal skill.

- Familiar with supervisory policy manual and regulatory rules and practices is an advantage.

- Strong management skill, problem solving ability and excellent communication (Written and oral)

- Strong rick awareness and pre-emptive in operation risk identification

- Strong initiative in driving for change

- Drive operational efficiency with measurable outcomes

- Sound knowledge in CCASS, CCMS, DCASS, ESUNNY, MIDDLE X, HUDSON SYSTEM, RTGS, CMU, EUROCLEAR
