岗位描述：

1、主要负责总行、香港分行提供海外经济金融研究支持和决策参考，致力于输出高水平研究成果。
2、负责牵头完成有关宏观经济、区域经济、绿色金融、人民币国际化等相关课题研究项目；
3、牵头组织开展海外发展监管政策等项目研究；
4、牵头课题立项、实施及总结；
5、牵头组织完成信息搜集、数据整理及分析，协助搭建研究数据库；
6、牵头撰写分行重要的综合文字报告；
7、领导交代的其他工作

任职要求:

1、本科及以上学历，具备金融、经济、商科等相关专业或法律、信息等理工专业背景，具有交叉学科背景者优先；
2、具有3年以上工作经验，具有证券（或基金）公司、银行等宏观经济研究岗、监管机构、学术机构和其他研究机构等工作经历者优先；或主要财经媒体财经分析经验；
3、具有一定研究成果，有独立研究能力；
4、熟悉宏观研究、政策研究的研究方法，文字功底扎实，具备一定的实证能力；
5、思维敏锐清晰，具有良好的数据搜集处理能力，熟练使用金融分析相关软件；
6、热爱金融研究工作，能独立思考，善于完成富有挑战性的工作，具备较强的团队协作能力。
