Job Description
Credit Manager, Credit Assessment Team (Job ID3238)
Responsibilities
- To be a team member of Corporate Risk & Compliance Department
- To perform credit assessment and revision of credit applications
- To make recommendation to resolve complex credit issues
- To formulate credit policies
- To ensure that all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, and requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
- To advise Relationship Managers with respect to credit policies and lending guidelines
- To alert and report on account irregularities, breach of guidelines, and potential credit risks
- To take up ad hoc projects and assignments when required
Requirements
- University degree, preferably major in risk management, finance or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking field with strong knowledge on credit risk management and analysis
- Analytical, independent, hardworking with positive working attitude
- Good knowledge of the Bank’s lending policies and standards
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is preferable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office application including Word and Excel
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Credit Manager.
