Description

• Handle sales-related enquiries and complaints through outbound and inbound calls
• Perform daily outbound calls to achieve sales targets and revenue opportunities across the market
• Handle cross-team referrals to the branches and RMs
• Analyse customer's personal financial situation and identity their needs and recommends insurance products to suit their needs
• Explain financial product features and charges to customers
• Promote banking products to customers and handle related enquiries
• Understanding customer's needs, providing insurance advance and offering tailor-made customer solutions

Profile

• Diploma or higher/equivalent qualifications. Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of insurance or other financial products experience
• Holder of IIQE 1,2,3 licenses is preferred
• Able to work under pressure with the ability to deliver sales targets and KPIs
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent service attitude with strong communication skills
