Candidate will be working closely with a group of young and energetic team and providing the professional customer service to key accounts.

Job responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for general banking enquiries
• Deliver quality customer services through phone call
• Maintain good customer relationship
• No sales is required
• $18K + Quarterly Incentive (Average $25-$35K) = ~$25K/m
• Incentive counted on service quality & customer satisfaction survey
• Mon-Fri (9-6/10-7)
• Working Location: Kwun Tong (near MTR)

Job requirements

• F.5/ DSE graduated or above
• Min. 1 year working experience in Call center sector/ customer service sector is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good telephone manner
• With proactive working attitude and good problem-solving skill, good team-player
