Job Description
Responsibilities
- To be a team member of Retail Lending Department
- To achieve business target and to promote personal lending value proposition and awareness
- To drive to maximize existing customer base to achieve business targets with effective channel strategies combining contact centre and digital channels
- To identify and develop targeted products through customer segmentation approach
- To implement effective marketing programs to stimulate personal lending (card and/or loan) acquisition and usage / acquire profitable customers and achieve business and financial targets
Requirements
- University graduate
- Preferable over 8 years of experience in banking sector cover the following:
- Creative and business minded with excellent marketing skills
- Strong leadership, project management and financial analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid experience in product development and process flow enhancement, preferably in credit card or consumer loan business
- In-depth understanding in both credit card & consumer loan products, procedures and banking ordinances
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
