Job Description
Responsibilities
- To be a team member of Retail Lending Department
- Participate in planning, coordinating and supporting the formulation of marketing plans to focus on business need
- Deliver effective data mining, segmentation and business analytics to grow business volume with effective campaign targeting
- Perform validation, ongoing tracking and enhancement of segmentation and models to maximize customer experience
- Transform insights into actionable outcomes to achieve target leads with effective lead and channel strategies combining contact centre and digital channels
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably major in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Decision Science or Computer Science; OR
- Over 8 years relevant working experience in business analytics, preferably in Consumer Banking
- Solid experience in handling complex customer data from multiple sources, database marketing and database management
- Strong analytical skill and proven understanding of business dynamics and customer segmentation as well as result-orientated with good time management
- Proficient in programming languages and analytical tools, such as SQL, SAS, Access, Tableau
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
