• Handle trading preparation – update client trade limit, stock restriction list in trading system
• Handle trade booking and maintenance
• Follow up client report enquiry
• Handle trade reconciliation – reconcile counterparty trade confirmation
• Perform margin monitor and notification
• Monitor and perform Corporate Action
• Prepare HKTR reporting
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, graduated from Top Universities with excellent academic scores
• Internship or 1-2 years’ experience on trade support will be a plus, being familiar with trade cycle
• Detail-oriented
• Strong analytical and logical thinking
• Independent and eager to learn
• Passionate in developing career in Equities Division
• Good team player
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fidessa experience is desirable
