Key Responsibilities

• Plan short and long term product and marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver the key performance indicators of the mortgage and secured lending businesses including pricing, drawdown, outstanding, revenue, etc.
• Supervise the subordinates to analyse customer/product MIS and market information to understand customer behavior, market trend and our gaps for continuous improvement.
• Derive new product ideas and channel strategies to improve market awareness and market share.
• Plan pricing strategies, monitor profitability of products and carry out appropriate actions to deliver profitability targets.
• Direct planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing campaign performance and competitiveness so as to achieve aggressive business targets.
• Derive channel strategies and monitor sales channels to achieve business targets.
• Drive process improvement and system enhancement projects so as to improve product features, efficiency and customer experience.
• Work closely with Credit team and Operation team to enhance credit policy and operation workflow.
• Control and manage marketing budget and ensure effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns.
• Prepare relevant business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management.
• Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates as required. Ensure regular review of performance and prompt feedbacks are given to the subordinates.

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of product experience in managing lending products, preferable unsecured lending products.
• Good knowledge of mortgage and secured lending products (including premium financing and asset backed loan)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
