Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Handle new account opening for retail, HNW, corporate & institutional clients, perform KYC and AML checking, input and maintain client’s information
- Provide quality customer services and handle client's enquiries
- Handle client's feedback and complaints
- Maintain good relationship with existing clients
- Communicate with internal and external parties effectively
- Perform ad-hoc duties as the company assigned
Requirements:
- Holder of SFC Type 1 & 2 is preferred
- Degree Holder or above in Business, Accounting or relevant qualifications and related major is preferred
- 2-3 years of customer service/ client service/ client onboarding experience in the securities/iBank industry
- Familiar with customer account opening process and regulatory requirements
- Fluent Mandarin, English, Cantonese
