Job Description
- Liaise with IT and business unit to identify and define data and MIS requirement
- Establish and maintain data dictionary to support business users on improving data usage effectiveness.
- Compile MIS reports and conduct analysis across customer, product and sales process to identify potential customer and deliver actionable insights to business units for developing portfolio and product cross-selling.
- Facilitate business users to build MIS by using data dictionary.
- Develop and enhance MIS report automation to help improve daily business efficiency
- Support sales cycle management project on data related aspects such as UR preparation, data sampling test
- University graduate in IT, Quantitative analysis, Management Information or relevant subject
- Minimum 3 years of relating to data analytics
- Experience in Banking, Financial Service or FinTech industry preferred
- Proficiency in SQL language and Excel macro programming
- A matured self-starter with strong drive, motivation, committed good business sense and strong understanding of banking market
- Strong teamwork and IT system management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with good written and spoken Chinese & English, knowledge of Putonghua would be a definite advantage
