• Formulate the goals, objectives and business operations of the Department
• Manage and supervise daily operations including trade settlement and portfolio valuation in the Fund ServicesDepartment
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team
• Key contact for major fund clients
• Monitor and control daily operational tasks so that timely and quality services are delivered
• Ensure the fund activities are in compliance with statutory deadlines & requirements
• Train and develop subordinates so that staff can perform up to the required standard and successors can be identified
• Effective communication with subordinates, peers, supervisors, and other colleagues across teams in the department

Requirements

• University Degree Holder or above
• Solid and relevant experience in trustee or banking industry
• Lead and plan fund services activities in the department
• Knowledge of valuation and asset servicing business segment
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• People management skills with the ability to coach and supervise junior staff
• Plan the career development for staff and meet the departmental goals
• Strong team management experience with good communication skill
• Good analytical skills and able to communicate with all levels
