Retail Banking, Wealth Management provides customers with financial solutions to help them manage their wealth. These solutions include account services, mortgages, personal loans and asset management delivered through our extensive network of service channels that includes branches, private banking, and online and mobile banking platforms. Our clients are a well-known and fast expanding banks and now looking for high caliber to join their group.
Branch Manager
- Lead branch staff to implement sales and business development strategies for achieve branch business targets
- Lead and monitor the standards of service of branch staff to ensure professional customer services
- Enforce established operation procedure to mitigate operational risks and ensure strict sales compliance
Requirements:
Basic Salary around $50K to $80K
Degree holder
8 years banking experience of which at least 5 years' sales experience in
retail banking.
Senior Relationship Manager / Team Leader Relationship Manager (30K - 75K)
- Implement business plans to lead team to achieve preset sales targets and objective.
- Generate new business for the branch.
- Identify customers’ needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services.
- Provide high quality customer service and professional advise in the best interests of customers.
- Ensure branch sales are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Insurance Specialist (Banking, 30K - 60K subject to experience)
- Identify the life insurance needs of the customers and conduct the joint call selling on various life insurance products with frontlines.
- Provide good service to our customers and provide end-to-end solutions to meet the customers' requirement with frontlines.
- Conduct the sales activities within the compliance and regulatory boundaries.
- Coordinate the sales training with designated Insurance Companies to frontline associates.
- Work out the tactical sales planning and support with DM(s)/ CMs/ BMs.
- Assist frontlines to enhance the selling skills through pre-case meeting and/or joint call activities.
