Our client, a well-established Bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high-calibre candidate to join their Group:

Responsibilities:

• Propose feasible solutions that cover process and workflow design, workflow system implementation and quality assurance, drive for implementation in company’s core insurance system, web page and mobile app
• Support business head for collection, analysis, validation and documentation of business stakeholders’ needs and requirements
• Create and maintain project schedules, identify activities, sequences, dependencies and associated resource requirements for project milestones
• Lead ongoing reviews of business and IT processes and developing optimization strategies
• Provide guidelines and ensure proper UAT
• Provide operational support on user enquiry, analysis services and production problem diagnosis
• Other ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or other related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience, preferably with insurance or financial services
• Good comments of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
