Job Duty

Reporting to Senior Manager, Talent Resourcing and Development, you will play a recruiter role to meet talent acquisition requirements and fulfill short-term and long-term business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide background information and perform credit and financial analysis on new and existing customers to institute credit limits and terms
• Keep close monitoring on customer accounts in high risk and sensitive business nature to identify potential risks and take preventive and recovery actions when appropriate
• Interface with customers to resolve credit and billing problems
• Set up and maintain credit database to carry out related creditability assessments and analysis reports
• Work closely with internal finance teams (Credit Control, Billing) and Sales to achieve days sales outstanding, aging and bad debt targets
• Take related legislation action and liaise with external collection agency for recovery of debt
• Assist to identify risk trends by providing analysis report and take appropriate preventive action
• Involve in corporate annual credit limit exercise
• Liaise with outside credit research companies for market intelligence when necessary

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Business Studies / Finance or related disciplines, Bachelor degree is preferred
• At least 4 years’ relevant working experience preferably in Express or logistics industry
• Legal knowledge related to contracts, credit & debt collection and liquidation is an advantage
• Strong credit analysis and debt collection skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Power Point & Access, and experience with SAP
